About Mariah, RDA
After graduating from Carrington College’s Registered Dental Assistant program in July 2024, Mariah became a Registered Dental Assistant in October 2025. She has been working in pediatric dentistry since September 2024 and quickly discovered her passion for helping children feel safe, comfortable, and confident during their dental visits. Mariah believes every child deserves a positive dental experience and takes pride in creating a calm, welcoming environment where patients feel heard and cared for. Known for her patience, gentle approach, and compassionate personality, she enjoys building trusting relationships with children and their families while working alongside her team to provide exceptional care.
Outside the Office
Mariah enjoys staying active, spending quality time with family and friends, and making memories with her dog. She also enjoys exploring new places, trying new foods, and finding opportunities to continue growing both personally and professionally. She believes that maintaining a balanced lifestyle helps her bring positive energy and compassion to every patient she meets.
Education and Certifications
Mariah graduated from Carrington College in July 2024 with a certificate in Dental Assisting, where she gained hands-on experience in chairside assisting, pediatric dentistry, infection control, dental radiography, coronal polishing, sealants, impressions, and patient care. She became a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in October 2025 and maintains current CPR certification. Mariah is dedicated to continuing her education and staying up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry to provide the highest quality care for her patients.
Professional Goals & Certifications
Mariah is passionate about lifelong learning and is excited to begin her prerequisite courses this fall as she works toward her goal of becoming a dental hygienist. She is committed to expanding her knowledge and clinical skills while continuing to provide exceptional care to every patient. Her goal is to make each dental visit a positive experience and help children build healthy habits and confident smiles that last a lifetime.
