About Janay Floyd, RDA
I’m Janay Floyd, RDA — a dedicated and compassionate dental professional committed to providing excellent patient care and fostering a positive environment. I graduated from Carrington College on the President’s List and had the honor of serving as a mentor, which helped me develop strong leadership and teamwork skills in a clinical setting.
I believe in treating every patient with fairness, respect, and kindness, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience for everyone I meet. Currently, I am continuing my education at Carrington College to complete my prerequisites for dental hygiene, with the goal of expanding my knowledge and advancing my career in the dental field.

Outside the Office
Outside of work, I enjoy painting and using art as a creative outlet. It helps keep me grounded, inspired, and balanced. I am passionate about learning, helping others, and building genuine connections, and I look forward to growing alongside colleagues and patients who share these values.
