About Dr. Lina Paek, DDS
As a board-certified pediatric dentist at Montclair Pediatric Dentistry, I focus on delivering thoughtful, age-appropriate care that supports healthy oral development from infancy through adolescence. My goal is to create a calm, respectful environment where children feel comfortable and parents feel informed. I work to build trust with each patient and help families establish habits that lead to long-term dental health.
At Montclair Pediatric Dentistry, we believe that fostering positive early dental experiences is essential to lifelong oral health. I am committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care that supports both children and their families, and I take pride in educating parents and little ones about the best practices for dental health. I also advocate for community oral health initiatives to help improve outcomes for all children.
I have a special interest in caries prevention like Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF), Curodont Repair, ART (Atraumatic Restorative Treatment), zirconia crowns, special health care needs, and full mouth rehabilitation under general anesthesia, which allows me to provide advanced, minimally invasive care that is often more comfortable for my patients. I strive to integrate sustainable dentistry in my practice by minimizing waste, incorporating less toxic and more environmentally friendly products for my patients.

Outside the Office
Originally from the eastside of Seattle,, I now live in Berkeley with my Bay Area native husband, whom I met in dental school. Together, we are enjoying all the new discoveries that come with parenthood, which include our daughter, papillon dog and adopted cat.
In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, taking my daughter to Tilden Park, and packing her lunch for preschool.
